1.1 Account Service
1.1.1 Registration and Login
a. To use the Service, you need to create a MoNote account. You can create a personal identity account or an organizational identity account (both called "Monote Account") by creating a personal identity, creating a business, creating an organization, or joining an organization, and bind the same or different login credentials to these MoNote accounts. Different Monote accounts are generated when you join different organizations.
b. You need to create a moyoNote account through your mobile phone number, which is necessary information to fulfill the requirements of national laws and regulations on network real-name system. If you do not provide your mobile phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with this service. You can attach an email address to your moyoNote account as your login credentials. If you only visit the moyoNote official website, you do not need to register a moyoNote account and provide the above information.
c. Based on our cooperation with communication operators, when you use the "one-click login" function, after your express consent, the operator will send your mobile phone number to us, so that we can provide you with fast login services. Mobile phone number is personal sensitive information. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the "one-click login" method to register and log in to the Service, but it will not affect your registration and login through other means.
1.1.2 Authentication and Security
A. When you open a live broadcast or use other functions or related services that require identity authentication, you may be required to provide your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number, etc.) to complete the real name authentication according to relevant laws and regulations. In some business scenarios, due to legal and regulatory requirements or necessary for security risk control, we may use face information for real-name authentication, and we may verify the real-name authentication information provided by you to the authorized units or their legally authorized institutions to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the information you submit. The above information contains personal sensitive information, you can refuse to provide, if you refuse to provide you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services. When you use account retrieval, face authentication login related functions, in order to ensure your account security or convenient login, we need you to fill in the relevant information for verification, and through real-name authentication, face recognition and other ways to verify your identity, to help you quickly login.
b. In the face recognition scenario, we may call the mobile phone acceleration sensor to identify the distance and Angle between the device and you, etc., to help you quickly and accurately complete the recognition.
c. If your device and moyoNote version support the fingerprint or face unlock function, you can enable the lock screen protection function to protect the security of your account and data. After this function is enabled, moyoNote will automatically lock when running in the background, and when it is opened again, you can use a digital password or fingerprint and face to unlock. The digital password is stored locally only on the client, isolated by identity, and is not sent back to the moyoNote server. If you choose the fingerprint or face unlock method, you only need to complete the information verification on your device, Yunote only receives the verification results, and will not collect your fingerprint or face information. In addition, in order to more fully protect the security of your account, you can independently set the lock screen protection function for different moyoNote accounts you hold.
1.1.3 Disclosing Account Information
a. You can fill in or set your avatar, alias, personal signature, background picture, and personal status according to your own needs. The personal information you fill in or set will be displayed to other users. Not filling in or setting these information does not affect your use of moyoNote account and services.
b. If you are an authorized user, your avatar and alias may be set by the administrator according to the management needs of the customer. moyoNote supports system status such as leave to be displayed synchronously as your personal status, so that people working with you can make reasonable work arrangements in instant communication, appointment meetings and other scenarios. With the permission of the administrator, you can turn off the personal status automatically following the system approval status display.
1.2 Instant Communication
1.2.1 In order to realize the transmission and display of information, ensure that new members can view all historical messages anytime and anywhere when they join the group, quickly integrate into the team and projects, and improve office efficiency, Yunote will record your messages and voice call status information (non-call content) in YuNote, and synchronize it to all your login devices.
1.2.2 In the case that the user initiates the urgent message prompt, in order to promote the fast touch of the message, Yunote will push the urgent message or phone call to you through the mobile phone number provided by you when registering, so as to help other users remind you to check the information. When you are an urgent call, in order to avoid missing the urgent call, you can write the urgent number into the address book, so moyoNote will apply for you to write the address book permission. If you refuse to authorize the provision, you will not be able to store the urgent number, but it will not affect your normal receipt of urgent reminders or use of other functions of the Service.
1.2.3 When you want to send your location information to a contact on the IM interface, Yunote will obtain your location information in order to show you and your contact your location.
1.2.4 You can add or delete contacts in moyoNote, we will create a contact list and a group list for you.
1.2.5 You can add external contacts by manually entering your mobile phone number. You can also add external contacts through the mobile phone address book, at this time Yunote will apply for mobile phone address book permission, we need to locally process the name in the client address book for local display, we will not send these information back to the server, will not store these information; The email address and phone number in the address book will be uploaded to the server in the form of hash values for friend matching, but please rest assured that we do not have access to the specific content of this information, let alone processing this information beyond the above purposes. The above information is sensitive information, and refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the above functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Service.
1.2.6 When you send voice messages, use voice call function or video call function, Yunote will apply to use your microphone/camera permission; If you send photos, files, moyoNote will apply for album (storage) permission. The above permissions are necessary for the relevant functions. Refusing to use this permission will affect your use of the relevant functions, but will not affect your use of other functions of the moyoNote. When you take a picture with the landscape screen of your phone, in order to match the state of your device, we may call the acceleration sensor to identify whether the device is in the landscape state.
1.2.7 If you choose to send messages by voice to text or voice plus text, moyoNote will convert your voice content into text according to the language you choose to help you send messages.
1.2.8 When you play a voice, Yunote may need to call a distance sensor to help you determine whether to turn on the handset mode.
1.3 Search
1.3.1 When you use the search function, we will collect your search keyword information and log records in order to show you the search results and search history.
1.3.2 We will feature the text in the Yunote group chat pictures through a programmed algorithm, so as to help you quickly search for the desired pictures in the historical pictures of the Yunote group chat. Such feature processing is only used to improve the search efficiency and will not be associated with your identity. We will not use the results of our analysis for any other purpose or provide them to third parties.
1.4 Message Notification
1.4.1 You acknowledge and agree that for your contact information (such as contact phone number) provided by you in the process of using the Service, we may send multiple types of notifications to one or more of them during operation for user message notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience research and other purposes; In addition, we may also provide you with relevant services, functions or activities by SMS or phone, but please rest assured that if you do not want to accept such information, you can unsubscribe through the method provided in the message, or you can contact us directly to unsubscribe.

If you choose to participate, you may be required to provide your name, contact address, contact information, recipient bank account and other information according to the needs of the activities.
